The ICDLTA 2026 provides a leading forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of digital law, legal technology, and contemporary legal studies. The conference will bring together leading legal scholars, practitioners, researchers, and experts in the domain of interest from around the world.
The theme of the 2nd International Conference on Digital Law and Technological Advancements (ICDLTA 2026) is “Legal Innovation in the Digital Age.” Innovation is highly relevant in the rapidly evolving digital landscape that the legal world is facing today. The capacity for innovation through the development of modern legal frameworks, digital governance mechanisms, and regulatory approaches will play a dominant role in addressing emerging technological challenges. Legal innovation arises from adapting legal knowledge to new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data protection, digital transactions, and online dispute resolution. We hope that the research presented in this conference will contribute to strengthening legal systems, enhancing digital governance, and supporting national and international legal development.
