The College of Law at Gulf University is pleased to announce the 2nd International Conference on Digital Law and Technological Advancements (ICDLTA 2026), set to take place on 28th & 29th April 2026, Kingdom of Bahrain (Hybrid Mode). The ICDLTA 2026 serves as a leading platform for presenting recent research advancements in digital law, legal technology, and contemporary legal studies. The Conference will bring together leading legal scholars, practitioners, researchers, and domain experts from around the world. The theme of the 2nd International Conference on Digital Law and Technological Advancements (ICDLTA 2026) is “Legal Innovation in the Digital Age.” The capacity for innovation—developed through modern legal frameworks, digital governance mechanisms, and regulatory approaches—will be essential for addressing emerging technological challenges. Legal professionals must adapt traditional knowledge to emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data protection, digital transactions, and online dispute resolution. We hope that some of the research findings here will contribute to strengthening legal systems and enhancing digital governance worldwide.
